Today’s take FIVE ... Year ONE and done!
One year ago today I sat down at the computer and began to write. Nervously.
I’m a very private person, especially about things close to my heart but in that comical exchange between sisters I tested the waters out of my need to make a joke!
But, joke on me. Here we are!
Thank you to each of you for helping this page grow to over 23,000!! Thank you for your support, kind words and encouragement.
A year ... a lot has changed.
We are working hard for the future and even today it gives me goosebumps to reflect on the rollercoaster ride. All those down times, low moments, losses they seemed to never end. So today, The gratitude I have for how beautifully we have been quietly protected and guided without awareness even in vulnerable times is something hard to express.
As my Grandma and good old hymn would say “He makes all things beautiful in it’s time” - sometimes time. Is long. Real long. And really. Not beautiful.
But she was right about that. Again. In his time. Our story is becoming beautiful. For me that’s the most incredible seat .. watching impossible unfold.
So, thank you for being apart of the beauty in this time! Thank you for standing beside us in her absence because she would be the first to tell you about God’s perfect timing.
