Today’s take FIVE... the view
Today one of the boys took a hike near our place early this morning. The boys hiked to this clearing and as you can see the world from their view this morning.
It’s breath taking!
How beautiful is the world we live in! How magnificent and mind boggling it is to see the never ending skyline and immediately feel so small and humbled by the vastness of our world. Everything living cell in our world works together, relies on another organism, or is created because it is needed for the survival of other living things. The world exists in symphonic harmony.
This is home. This place belongs to us each of us! So many people are afraid and anxious in these times. Fear paralyzes our ability to see the good in this world. Even amongst the pandemic talk, the media, the negative stories showcasing poor examples of human nature in crisis... there are always those working hard to help, support and bravely lead the way for others.
Look towards those people. The people leading by example and caring and loving the world around them despite fear. I encourage you to take a walk. Look around at where your walk leads. Think of your important people and lean into faith that better times will return again.
Even in hard times ... we are blessed with beautiful days. It’s our choice to see them! So get outside and look! Even if look from your window! But look!
See the sunshine and be reminded better days are coming!
